Located on a quiet street in Tsim Sha Tsui, House Winery has a low-key, wood-accented facade creating a mysterious atmosphere. Specializing in Hakata skewers and yakitori, the restaurant features an open kitchen and bar. Head chef Junichiro Kimura offers authentic skewers like chicken legs, necks, and livers, along with the must-try Nanban Chicken. House Winery collaborates with various Japanese regions to showcase local delicacies, such as the Tokushima Sake Food Festival. Kido on Minden Path in Tsim Sha Tsui specializes in Miyazaki charcoal grill and Hakata skewers. This Japanese-style izakaya, led by chef Junichiro Kimura, is known for its dynamic cooking style and signature dishes like the Nanban Chicken, created by Kimura’s father. Seasonal dishes include charcoal-grilled Miyazaki Wagyu beef and Kumamoto Higo red eggplant.
