A unique place for traditional Dim Sum hand made in Hong Kong. Preparing traditional Dim Sum for more than 20 years, Sun Hing is a rare typical and old school Dim Sum place catered for Kennedy town residents. The place is open everyday at 3am day and close in the early afternoon. Narrow place with sharing the table sitting, but the food is the true traditional Cantonese Dim Sum. Prawns dumplings, siu mai (pork dim sims), beef balls, scallop & pea spout dumplings, rice paper rolls with prawns/bbq pork… Freshly made, as soon as the dim sum are steamed, they are offer for pick up in selfservice on trays and placed next to the counter. One of their signature dish is the The custard bun or ‘lui sa pau’.
