Launching March 30, the concept plays with unlikely country-and-flavour pairings across seven drinks, but this one steals the spotlight: Tropical Spicy Brew.
Expect coffee-infused Tanqueray gin, clarified pink guava juice and fresh pineapple cordial for the juicy, tropical hit, then tamarind syrup and tajin-style chilli kick it into spicy, grown-up territory. The Caribbean-meets-Nepal idea isn’t random—founder Alex Yang links the two through a personal ritual of fruit + spice enjoyed back home in summer.
The best part? It’s served like a campus throwback: in a Harvard-branded mug with pineapple lollipop garnish and a dash of Tajin. Translation: you’re sipping something bright, fragrant, and just slightly rebellious—like you skipped the lecture but still nailed the vibe.
