PAZTA — Tai Kwun
Set along the Parade Ground at Tai Kwun, PAZTA brings a breezy slice of Italy into one of Hong Kong’s most atmospheric heritage spaces. With its open terrace, Mediterranean-inspired décor and relaxed piazza vibe, the modern pasta bar blends traditional Italian flavours with contemporary hospitality, making it an easy choice for anything from casual coffee to celebratory cocktails.
The menu is designed for sharing, featuring comforting classics like carbonara and fettuccine Alfredo alongside pizzas, fresh salads and small bites. PAZTA also takes pride in showcasing lesser-known Italian products and regional traditions, paired with an impressive selection of Italian wines, proseccos and carefully crafted cocktails. Coffee lovers are equally well looked after, with quality espresso drinks available throughout the day.
A highlight of the experience is PAZTA’s aperitivo culture, especially when the Aperol Spritz Garden is in full swing. The playful Spritz Tree — serving multiple variations of the iconic cocktail — captures the convivial spirit of Italian pre-dinner rituals, while mini panini “Prezzies” with a wide range of fillings make perfect companions to drinks. From morning coffee to happy hour and even high tea, PAZTA’s all-day format fits seamlessly into the rhythm of Tai Kwun, offering a relaxed yet stylish place to linger, sip and share.
