The 8 course tasting menu of “Edible Stories” bring you from decadent Mayura beef to humble Chinese yam; earthy yam, smoked eel, silky cauliflower cream and rich Ossetra caviar all working together harmoniously. Exquisitely presented dishes that offer an intriguing mix of Asian and European cuisine. In 2015, Chef Lau has been named Veuve Clicquot Asia’s Best Female Chef and the restaurant has also been consecutively awarded 1 Michelin star since 2013.
