Antidote

Korean, Casual diner, Seafood, Asian
This casual bistro in Fortress Hill is gaining popularity in Hong Kong for its charming staff who grill meat tableside and its authentic Korean cuisine. As the sister restaurant to the well-known K-BBQ chain Jeonpo Meat Shop, Antidote offers a variety of grilled meats, stews, and raw marinated seafood. Highlights include the soy-marinated raw seafood platter with crabs, shrimps, salmon, abalone, octopus slices, and whelks. The servers enhance the dish by squeezing marinated crab roe into seasoned rice, creating a rich and flavorful experience. Another standout dish is the marinated pork ribs, grilled at the table by the staff and served with sour and spicy bean sprouts. Antidote also features a selection of original cocktails and drinks like honeycomb-flavored or fruit-infused makgeolli, perfectly complementing the Korean dishes.
