Redhouse, the sister restaurant of Gaia Group’s newly opened SHÈ in Lane Crawford ifc mall, is benchmarked to set the trend for Modern Chinese cuisine that is rooted upon authenticity instead of traditionalism. Redhouse’s team of highly skilled chefs have designed a menu that features over 200 modern Chinese dishes. With an extensive menu that ranges from Redhouse Signature Roast Meats and Premium Seafood Dishes to Vegetarian Bites and Dim Sum. Lunch menu include 35 types of steamed, pan-fried, baked and deep-fried Dim Sum. Highlights include the popular pink-tinted Rose Gold Har Gao, Tricolor Steamed Dumplings with Prawn, Redhouse Signature Peking Duck, Signature Fish Maw Nourishing Pot (HK$888) (double-boiled for 12 hours in a premium mix of Chinese herbs in a supreme broth)
