Cookie Vission, managed by Winnie and her spouse, emerged as a new star in the cookie scene, boasting innovative flavors like Portuguese egg tart and Vietnamese coffee. Established in 2021, their Tai Hang store saw tremendous success, selling up to 500 cookies daily. Recently, Winnie fulfilled her dream of opening a bakery, Vission Bakery, in Central. Their pastries, including Tiramisu and caramel pudding puffs, attract long queues, often selling out by 4 p.m. Despite being in the trial phase, the bakery has garnered popularity among locals and office workers. With over a decade of experience and a culinary background from Le Cordon Bleu, Winnie’s expertise shines through in every delicious creation.
