Hotal Colombo is inspired by the casual Sri Lankan eateries that spill onto the streets all over Colombo. Head chef Gisela Alesbrook, a Sri Lankan native, takes the helm of the kitchen of this 40-seat restaurant Hotal Colombo is all about sharing a few plates over drinks.
