Unagi Yondaime Kikukawa Lands in Hong Kong Famed Japanese grilled eel specialist Unagi Yondaime Kikukawa opens its first Hong Kong location in Causeway Bay, marking its 30th store globally. Helmed by Kikukawa Yuhei, the fourth-generation owner, the brand was founded in 1932 and now operates across Japan and Asia. Signature dishes include ippon unagi – a whole eel grilled over binchotan charcoal, served atop rice with a time-honoured secret sauce. Each eel is prepared to order, ensuring freshness and a perfect balance of crispy skin and tender meat.
