HK Tipster (Benoit)EditorialistThis spring, The Silveri Hong Kong – MGallery partners with Swiss luxury watchmaker Breitling to present the “Air, Land, Sea” Limited Edition Afternoon Tea, a refined collaboration that blends culinary craftsmanship with watchmaking heritage. Available from now until June 7, 2026, the afternoon tea is served exclusively at The Pavilion, a contemporary cocktail bar known for its elegant setting and sunset lawn views.
Inspired by Breitling’s iconic Air, Land and Sea watch collections, the afternoon tea tells a story through flavour and presentation. The experience begins in the hotel lobby, where guests can discover Breitling’s renowned timepieces before continuing the journey through a curated selection of savoury and sweet creations.
The menu showcases premium ingredients across refined savouries such as Mini Lobster Rolls with XO Sauce, Foie Gras Beef Burger, Crab Cake with Mango Salsa and Caviar, Smoked Salmon Roulade, and Abalone Tartare. Sweets inspired by the lightness of “Air” include delicate pastries such as Madeleine, Canelé, Fruit Macaron, and Mango Tart, alongside homemade cranberry scones served with strawberry jam and clotted cream.
To complete the experience, guests will receive complimentary Breitling limited-edition travel stickers and chocolate treats, making this afternoon tea both a gourmet and lifestyle experience.
