Helmed by Chef Chen Tian Lung, this menu takes inspiration from the rich culinary traditions of Jiangsu and Zhejiang, then refines it with a contemporary touch. Expect comforting classics executed with intention: tea-smoked aromatics, slow-simmer depth, and dumplings with that delicate “just right” bite.
The experience is designed around sharing, but it doesn’t feel generic—more like a curated highlight reel of chef-led favourites. Highlights include Jasmine Snow Tea-Smoked Pigeon, a double-boiled Chicken Soup with Matsutake Mushrooms and Fish Maw, and Xiao Long Bao with Hua Diao Wine. (Yes, the wine. Yes, it’s a vibe.)
