Louise’s downstairs alter ego just leveled up. La Terrace by Louise (the more relaxed ground-floor sibling
to one MICHELIN-starred Louise at PMQ) has rolled out a refreshed all-day à la carte menu, a new
weekday set lunch, and a weekly live-music moment that makes midweek plans easier to say yes to.

The all-day menu stays casual French bistro vibes, but it’s sharper and more shareable. Expect starter hits like
Smoked Cured Sardine with grilled sourdough and romesco (HK$58 per piece), plus the crowd-pleasing
Croque Monsieur (HK$178) with St Nectaire and black truffle—crispy outside, truffle-mornay and ham inside.
Lighter plates lean fresh and produce-forward, including Hamachi (HK$188) with yuzu kosho and green radish,
and Confit Datterino Tomato (HK$188) with sunflower seed and mint oil.
Main-character energy? Clams (HK$388) with nduja, seaweed, and lemon beurre blanc.

Want value at lunch? Thursday and Friday get a new set menu at HK$428 + 10% per guest, built for
a quicker, structured flow—snacks, starters, mains (think ½ roasted yellow chicken with Niigata rice or ribeye
    (+HK$108)), and desserts.

For the social crew, the terrace runs Soulful Live Acoustic Wednesdays weekly from 6:45pm–10pm.
Live music + share plates + after-work drinks = the kind of midweek glow-up that feels very PMQ.

Main venue: La Terrace by Louise, PMQ (ground floor).
Chef: Executive Chef Loïc Portalier (pastry by Head Pastry Chef Eve Minialai).
