SAVVY at Prince Hotel, Hong Kong is going full-on flavour flex with three fresh menus rolling out on 27 April.
Think global technique, premium ingredients, and a lineup built for urban foodies who don’t do boring.
Lunch with a Personal Touch: Raw Bar is available during lunch service with nine premium sashimi
picks starting from HK$48. Your move: build your own set by choosing any four sashimi items,
then top it off with Inaniwa udon and a refreshing tomato salad.
Highlights include Hokkaido scallop with avocado, Pacific hamachi with scallions, and
tuna tataki.
For indulgent evenings, go for Indulgent Evenings: Teppan Set Menu (Sunday–Tuesday evenings only).
There are two course options: lobster plus Miyazakigyu A5 wagyu sirloin for HK$1,288,
or tiger prawn with Australian wagyu tenderloin for HK$888. Each set comes with seasonal
sashimi, a chef-crafted soup, teppan fried rice, and dessert.
