    To celebrate its third anniversary, MICHELIN-starred and Green-starred French restaurant Feuille presents a series of exclusive dining experiences this May, including a unique Table-to-Farm journey and a lineup of collaboration dinners with some of Hong Kong’s most acclaimed chefs. The celebrations also welcome Consultant Chef David Toutain, who will join Executive Chef Joris Rousseau to create special menus highlighting Feuille’s nature-inspired and sustainable culinary philosophy.

    The highlight of the celebration is the Table-to-Farm experience, an immersive half-day journey featuring a guided farm tour followed by a seasonal lunch crafted with locally sourced ingredients. In addition, Feuille will host a series of 6-hands collaboration dinners with renowned chefs from Amber, Whey and MONO, offering one-night-only menus that bring together different culinary styles and inspirations.

    These exclusive events showcase Feuille’s commitment to sustainability, seasonality and collaboration within Hong Kong’s culinary community, making this anniversary celebration a must-book experience for gastronomes.
