If you’re into big flavour, this one’s for you. Bistro Hoi An is turning summer into a Vietnamese street-food moment, with a
showpiece that’s literally made to be photographed: a 20-inch Bamboo Charcoal Bánh Mì at the ELEMENTS branch,
running from 23 April to 30 June 2026—the same day the Hoi Chi Minh City Bánh Mì Festival kicks off.

Think crunchy black Vietnamese-style French bread (baked with bamboo charcoal) stacked with chicken and pork liver pâtés,
five-spice pork belly, pork floss, pickles, herbs, chilli, and sốt dầu trứng—finished with a splash of fish sauce.
It’s priced at HK$188 and limited to 20 pieces daily, so book ahead if you want a seat and a slice of the legend.

Summer in Hong Kong, but make it Vietnam. Bistro Hoi An’s 20-inch Bamboo Charcoal Bánh Mì hits ELEMENTS from
23 April to 30 June 2026, coming in limited runs (only 20 daily). The black-charcoal baguette delivers
that street-food crunch, loaded with chicken + pork liver pâté, five-spice pork belly, pork floss, pickles, herbs,
chilli and sốt dầu trứng, finished with fish sauce. At HK$188, it’s not a casual snack—it’s a
shareable, “we have to try this” kind of moment. Add a Vietnamese coffee or tea deal for HK$28 per person,
then make it a full table with a Vietnamese Flavour Platter. Urban foodie energy, Vietnamese classic soul—locked in.
