Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic just keeps leveling up: from its flame-lit entrance to
that open-kitchen glow, the dining room is built for people who care about craft.
For April 2026 onward, the new dinner menus continue Anne-Sophie Pic’s “Suffusion” idea—
where flavour feels like it’s soaked, layered, and slowly unfolding.
Expect two formats that track the meal’s aromatic progression with seasonal ingredients and
precise pairings. It kicks off with dishes like Tomato Tartelette, where geranium and Longjing tea
are folded into a beurre blanc—then moves through seafood that leans on technique and fragrance
(hello scallop meunière, curry-kissed and finished with coral cream). The journey heads toward
Bresse pigeon, gently smoked with eucalyptus, and desserts that blur sweet and savoury.
Bonus: you can add curated pairings, including a non-alcoholic “Balade” pairing, “Experience,” or an
