Osteria Marzia is a coastal Italian restaurant. Italy is surrounded on three sides by these seas, and each region is also distinctive in its cuisine. For instance, Sicily’s coastal cuisine was influenced by North African ingredients, especially with their use of spices in sweets and the Spanish influence is seen with the use of saffron in places such as Sardinia. A large windows and elegant decor, on the ground floor of The Fleming boutique hotel, Chef Luca Marinelli, showcases his popular hamachi (raw yellowtail) dish. The menu include such selections of crudos (mean “raw” in Italian), salads, pastas and grilled main courses. Signature dish : Hamachi crudo, Chitarra, Branzino acqua pazza.
