四月10間新店嚐鮮

四月,香港餐飲界迎來三家風格迥異的新店。銅鑼灣的 GYU+bar by Miyoshi 以500度火山岩窯火,演繹和牛的藝術;Um Yong Baek 將釜山招牌豬肉湯飯帶到中環,呈獻暖胃的樸實滋味;而上環的 Mara 則打造出一個寧靜的地中海歇息之所。
