四月10間新店嚐鮮
四月，香港餐飲界迎來三家風格迥異的新店。銅鑼灣的 GYU+bar by Miyoshi 以500度火山岩窯火，演繹和牛的藝術；Um Yong Baek 將釜山招牌豬肉湯飯帶到中環，呈獻暖胃的樸實滋味；而上環的 Mara 則打造出一個寧靜的地中海歇息之所。
