The latest venue from Wagyumafia’s co-founder Hisato Hamada, Yatchabar is a sake-only bar featuring an izakaya-style menu. This establishment showcases a curated selection of exceptional sake, highlighting small-batch breweries that Hisato has personally visited to ensure their premium quality. Yatchabar’s menu is organized into five categories, and, consistent with Wagyumafia’s tradition, it prominently features cuts of wagyu beef. Guests can enjoy a variety of kushiyaki skewers, teppanyaki dishes, and hearty offerings such as wagyu bak kut teh and wagyu yakisoba.
