    On 23–24 March 2026, Yong Fu Hong Kong hosts a landmark four-restaurant collaboration during Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants week.

    For two nights only, Yong Fu Hong Kong welcomes Yong Fu Shanghai, Selection by Du, and three-MICHELIN-starred Jade Dragon for an extraordinary cross-regional dialogue of Chinese fine dining.

    Together, the four restaurants hold 6 MICHELIN stars and 10 Black Pearl diamonds, uniting Ningbo, Chaoshan and Cantonese culinary traditions in a meticulously curated tasting menu limited to just 50 guests per evening.
