Ying Jee Club is serving up more than dim sum—it’s turning weekends into a full-on flavour trip.
Starting 1 April 2026, the two-MICHELIN-star Cantonese spot launches its new “Exclusive Dim Sum & Tea Pairing Journey”, running every weekend and on public holidays.
Think three premium teas, meticulously paired with handcrafted steamed and baked bites, with Tea Master Greg Lee bringing the tea lore table-side—so you’re not just eating, you’re tasting the story.

The journey splits into three chapters: a jasmine-led opening (fresh, floral, and super palate-clearing), a richer mid-course built around the exclusive “Phoenix Plume” blend (hello, honeysuckle vibes and fried-dumpling intensity), and a mellow finale featuring 2013 Aged Tangerine and 2009 Ripe Puerh with savouries and desserts that linger.
Beyond the pairing, Ying Jee Club also rolls out a new a la carte dim sum menu—so yes, you can double-dip on cravings after your tea journey.
And if you arrive early, there’s even a pre-dinner wine tasting option on select evenings at the ground-floor bar.
Price: HK$980 per person (minimum two guests; subject to 10% service charge).
