    Uncle Quek at Solstice Culinary Space unveils a refreshed Southeast Asian menu this March, alongside a limited-edition dessert collaboration with Indonesian pantry Rumah.

    This March, Uncle Quek introduces a vibrant new chapter for its Southeast Asian comfort cuisine at Solstice Culinary Space. Led by new Head Chef Terry Lam, the refreshed menu brings a creative reinterpretation of regional flavours, blending traditional Southeast Asian ingredients with modern Western culinary techniques.

    Building on the vision of Chef Barry Quek, the restaurant continues its mission to showcase the richness of Southeast Asian gastronomy while expanding its offerings with inventive new dishes. Chef Terry’s approach highlights bold flavours, comforting textures, and contemporary plating, offering guests a fresh perspective on beloved regional classics.

    Adding to the excitement, Uncle Quek also launches “Southeast Social”, a special dessert collaboration with Hong Kong’s Modern Indonesian Pantry, Rumah. Available every Friday and Saturday throughout March, the limited-edition Dessert Trio presents three traditional Indonesian sweets reimagined with modern flair. Designed to be enjoyed in sequence, the tasting offers a playful yet refined finale to the restaurant’s flavour-forward menu.

    With the new menu launching March 5, 2026, Uncle Quek invites diners to explore an exciting fusion of Southeast Asian heritage and modern creativity.
