From March 6 to April 3, 2026, Chef Angelo Aglianó collaborates with renowned Italian jeweller Damiani to present exclusive lunch and dinner tasting menus celebrating craftsmanship, precision, and timeless elegance.

    The partnership reflects a shared Italian philosophy: excellence lies in detail. Each course is thoughtfully composed with exceptional ingredients and contemporary finesse, beginning with an amuse-bouche presented in a Damiani jewellery box — a symbolic nod to artisanal mastery. Guests ordering either special menu will receive a complimentary bottle of Ca’del Bosco Franciacorta per reservation, adding a celebratory sparkle to the experience. A personalised Damiani invitation to its ELEMENTS boutique private preview, along with a special gift-with-purchase privilege, further elevates the collaboration beyond the dining table.

    The four-course lunch offers refined highlights, from Wild Hamachi with Kaluga Caviar to Chef Angelo’s signature Mezzi Paccheri “Mancini” with Sicilian Red Prawns. Main courses include Red Star Grouper in Matalotta Soup or Australian Black Angus Ribeye, before concluding with Traditional Tiramisù featuring Amedei chocolate.

    The six-course dinner unfolds more indulgently: Mediterranean Lobster with Oscietra Caviar, Busiate with Hokkaido Sea Urchin, Acquerello Risotto with Black Truffle, and Australian “Pardoo Wagyu” Striploin lead to a decadent Gianduja Cake finale — a harmonious tribute to Italian luxury in both cuisine and design.
