This Easter, The Baker & The Bottleman in Wan Chai brings a playful, contemporary twist to seasonal traditions with a limited-time menu spanning both its artisanal bakery and upstairs restaurant. Available from April 3 to 7, 2026, the experience reflects the venue’s dual identity—sustainable bakery by day and vibrant dining destination by night—offering a relaxed yet festive way to celebrate the holiday.

At the heart of the celebration is the Hot Cross Doughnut, a nostalgic Easter classic reimagined. Crafted from freshly made sourdough, the doughnut is filled with delicately spiced cream and finished with icing, delivering a lighter yet indulgent interpretation of the traditional hot cross bun. Designed for sharing, it is also available in sets, making it ideal for gatherings and seasonal gifting.

Upstairs, the restaurant elevates Easter brunch with two exclusive additions to its popular All Day Set menu. The Soft Shell Crab Burger pairs crispy crab with sweet chilli glaze and brioche for a bold, flavour-packed bite, while the Lobster Benedict offers a more indulgent option, combining butter-poached lobster, perfectly cooked eggs and silky hollandaise atop a flaky croissant.

To round off the experience, festive desserts—from a plated Hot Cross Doughnut with salted caramel and ice cream to interactive DIY Easter cookies—bring a joyful, family-friendly finish to this modern Easter celebration.
