Leading the takeover is Bien Ngoc Vu (Will), Co-Founder and General Manager of The Enigma Mansion, ranked No.93 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025. Known for blending Vietnamese heritage with modern mixology techniques — including rotavap distillation, ultrasonic homogenization and fermentation — Will brings a bold, experimental cocktail journey to Hong Kong.
