This March, Pici invites diners across Hong Kong to rediscover the indulgent simplicity of premium Wagyu with the return of its much-loved Wagyu Collection. Running March 1–31, 2026, this limited-time menu celebrates the growing trend of Wagyu as an “everyday indulgence,” pairing the prized Japanese beef with Pici’s signature handmade pasta and approachable Italian cooking philosophy.

First introduced in 2024, the Wagyu Collection quickly became a seasonal highlight among Hong Kong pasta lovers. For 2026, the menu returns with refined recipes that highlight Wagyu’s rich marbling while keeping flavours balanced, comforting and accessible. Each dish showcases the restaurant’s dedication to fresh pasta craftsmanship and simple ingredients executed with precision.

The experience begins with Hand-cut Wagyu Carpaccio, where lightly seared Wagyu flank is presented rare in an Italian interpretation of Japanese tataki. Bright ponzu, Parmesan, kale, horseradish mayo, red chilli and lemon create a clean and vibrant flavour profile.

Pasta lovers can explore the delicate Wagyu Ravioli del Plin, filled with tender Wagyu eye chuck roll and finished with butter, sage and rich beef jus, or the Orecchiette Wagyu Stew, a March-exclusive pairing of Pici’s iconic pasta shape with slow-cooked Wagyu Genovese ragù.

To complete the meal, a Chocolate Tiramisu offers a silky, cocoa-forward twist on the classic Italian dessert — the perfect finale to this comforting Wagyu-focused menu.
