“regional remix.” From 6 April, Terroir No. 2: Oaxaca turns the bar into a
storytelling room—where smoky mezcal, mineral depth, and tropical-fruit brightness are all
part of the same soundtrack. Think 10 newly curated cocktails (HK$168 each) built around
Oaxaca’s agave heritage, from underground roasting vibes to the hands of the maestro
mezcaleros. And because lunch should hit just as hard as your pre-game, there’s also a
refined plant-based menu running Monday to Saturday (12:00–2:30). Expect fermentation
craft, layered flavours, and comforting mains like Wild Mushroom Fusilli and Inaniwa Udon,
capped with a Glacier Truffle Ice Cream finale.
