    Ming Court unveils “An Ode to Wine”, an exclusive Cantonese tasting menu available from 2 March to 31 May 2026 at Cordis Hong Kong.

    Award-winning Cantonese restaurant Ming Court introduces “An Ode to Wine”, a limited-time gourmet menu celebrating the harmonious relationship between refined Cantonese cuisine and exceptional wines.

    Created through the first collaboration between Executive Chef Li Yuet Faat and sommelier Noble Li, the eight-dish menu explores how Chinese and Western wines can enhance the depth, aroma and character of classic Cantonese ingredients.

    Each dish incorporates carefully selected wines or spirits, including house-infused plum wine, aged Huadiao, Hakka yellow wine, Fenjiu, Port and Grand Marnier. Highlights include abalone marinated in plum wine with caviar, braised pigeon with fish maw infused with 20-year Fenjiu, pan-seared A5 Wagyu with 15-year Hakka yellow wine glaze, and steamed mud crab with aged Huadiao wine and sea urchin rice noodles.

    Blending culinary precision with sommelier expertise, the experience invites guests on a sensory journey where flavour, fragrance and craftsmanship meet — offering a sophisticated interpretation of Cantonese gastronomy through the lens of wine.
