    Magistracy Dining Room by Alyn Williams presents The Magistracy Beef Supper — available Mondays & Tuesdays until 31 March 2026.

    Set within the grand former Central Magistracy, this MICHELIN-recommended dining room turns the spotlight on one of Britain’s most storied ingredients: grass-raised British beef, celebrated for its depth, integrity and sense of place.

    The evening begins with sharing plates — house sourdough with whipped Marmite butter, warm Stilton gougères, Gordal olives and seasonal crudités — followed by clear beef tea consommé and Chef Alyn’s nostalgic family salad.

    The centrepiece: slow-cooked and grilled Cumbrian Galloway striploin, served with short rib cobbler, tarragon dumplings and confit potatoes.

    Dessert concludes with a classic lemon posset, whipped cream and blackcurrant compote.
