Hong Kong’s culinary scene comes alive this March as Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants arrives in the city for the first time. To celebrate the milestone, The Forks & Spoons presents a city-wide series of 15 one-off guest chef collaborations across several of Hong Kong’s most acclaimed restaurants.

Bringing together leading chefs from across Asia and beyond, the programme highlights culinary exchange, storytelling, and cross-cultural creativity. Participating venues include Andō, Estro, Roganic Hong Kong, Louise, Grand Majestic Sichuan, Ho Lee Fook, Yong Fu Hong Kong, and Leela Hong Kong, among others.

Across 22–24 March 2026, international chefs from restaurants such as Odette (Singapore), Florilège (Tokyo), Logy (Taipei), Baan Tepa (Bangkok), Labyrinth (Singapore), and Crony (Tokyo) will join forces with Hong Kong kitchens to present exclusive collaborative tasting menus.

From multi-Michelin-starred fine dining showcases to cross-regional reinterpretations of Asian cuisine, the programme reflects the vibrant diversity of contemporary gastronomy while positioning Hong Kong at the centre of Asia’s culinary conversation.
