One MICHELIN-starred Duddell’s is teaming up with Silks House at Regent Taipei for a two-night Cantonese
collaboration that feels tailor-made for urban foodies. From 6–7 May 2026, the kitchens of Hong Kong and
Taipei unite for an indulgent, multi-course tasting dinner—think refined classics, show-stopping seafood,
and textures that go from nostalgia to “wow” in a single bite.
The menu opens with playful, heritage-forward appetisers from Duddell’s, then brings in Silks House flavours
such as botan shrimp with Thai basil and vegetarian jade rolls with betel nut. As the dinner deepens,
comforting double-boiled soups and premium seafood take centre stage—ending with collaborative sweets
including Double-boiled Wenshi Tofu Soup with Chuan Bei and Chinese white pear, plus a Crispy Sesame Ball
with bird’s nest and molten almond cream.
Price is HK$1,980 + 10% service charge per guest for two dinners only, hosted at Duddell’s, Hong Kong.
