HK Tipster (Benoit)EditorialistCardinal Point at FORTY-FIVE, Landmark’s sky-high rooftop bar and terrace, just dropped an elevated new menu designed for those “Magic Hour to late-night” plans. Think international comfort with clean, rooftop-friendly energy—made to share, pair with cocktails, and linger over when the city lights kick in.
The standout start: a fresh pasta line-up built around four Italian classics with a modern twist. You’ve got Baked Tagliolini with Smoked Ham (HK$220), finished with creamy béchamel and aged parmesan. If you’re feeling bold, try Squid Ink Linguine (HK$200) in a rich lobster sauce, topped with Mediterranean baby squid. For big flavour, Chorizo Spaghetti (HK$200) brings the spicy Ibérico chorizo, garlic, chilli, and parsley together—balanced beautifully with white wine. Then there’s Beef Cheek Pappardelle (HK$220), where slow-cooked beef meets Parmigiano Reggiano and orange zest for an elevated, traditional vibe.
Mid-meal sharing mode: the Tiramisu Cheese Board (HK$280) with four cheeses plus all the fixings, paired perfectly with cocktails. There’s also an Italian Cold Cuts selection (HK$220) featuring Mortadella, Parma Ham, and Milano Salami—made for Hong Kong summer cravings. If you want something savoury and punchy, the Spanish Picante Chorizo Sausage (HK$180) comes with a white wine and green pepper sauce. Or go lighter with Burrata & Tomato (HK$150): heirloom cherry tomatoes, basil oil, and balsamic dressing.
To end sweet, go for Tiramisu (HK$120) — coffee-fragranced layers with Frangelico notes and mascarpone ribbons. Two newly introduced cocktails make it a full send: Shiso Daiquiri (HK$150) and Choconana (HK$160).
