Celebrating the vibrant flavours of spring along the Côte d’Azur, the menu captures the spirit of the sun-kissed coastline awakening from winter. Freshness, colour and lightness define this seasonal culinary journey inspired by southern France.
Located in H Queen’s, the chic dining destination highlights Mediterranean ingredients at their peak — from sweet red prawns and creamy sea urchin to tender baby artichokes and sun-ripened strawberries.
Seasonal highlights include:
🦐 Red Prawns Carpaccio with Sour Cream and Caviar — delicate carpaccio highlighting the prawns’ natural sweetness with refined touches of caviar and sour cream.
🍲 Marseille-style Fish Ball Soup — inspired by the port city of Marseille while echoing Hong Kong’s beloved street food culture, made with fresh white fish, herbs and tomatoes.
🌿 Marinated Baby Artichokes — lightly prepared to preserve their subtle sweetness and spring freshness.
🥩 Veal Milanese — tender veal cutlet with a crisp golden crust, celebrating seasonal delicacy.
🍋 Lemon Linguine with Uni — bright citrus notes complement the creamy richness of sea urchin.

According to Head Chef Yahya Sarir, each dish reflects the season’s renewal, pairing peak Mediterranean ingredients with Hong Kong’s love for exceptional seafood.
