    The Place at Cordis, Hong Kong just flipped the buffet script with “East‑West Taste Voyage”, a mash‑up of European classics and Asian comfort, served all April through 5 July 2026.
    Think premium iced seafood as the centrepiece—Canadian lobster, Hokkaido horse‑hair crab, New Zealand mussels, plus daily oysters that hit with briny freshness.
    Then glide into the sashimi and sushi zone: multiple sashimi varieties, rotating sushi and rolls, and even kid‑friendly, cartoon‑shaped fish cakes.
    Hot dishes go full passport mode too—Italian‑leaning flavours, Spanish favourites like paella, plus Hong Kong wok‑warmed plates such as Dai Pai Dong‑style stir‑fried clams and typhoon shelter crab.
