    your calendar. Head Chef Marc Mantovani steers the experience, set against

    This is a limited-edition dining moment built around refined French technique
    and seasonal brilliance. Expect a lunch that’s a refined 4-course journey at
    HK$1,280 + 10% per guest, with highlights including Les
    Berlingots ASP©, Duck From Guangdong, Mediterranean Octopus, and Le
