Sukiyaki Nakagawa, located in the Cubus building on Hoi Ping Road, Causeway Bay, is a Kansai-style sukiyaki restaurant offering premium wagyu beef from Matsusaka, Oita, and Jinnai. Helmed by Chef Kazuyuki Itagaki, who recently arrived from Japan’s Akita Prefecture, the intimate setting features a hinoki bar counter for up-close dining experiences. The restaurant specializes in sukiyaki, a traditional Japanese dish where meat and vegetables are simmered in a mixture of soy, sugar, and mirin. Alongside wagyu, the menu includes Hokkaido Yume no Daichi pork, French duck breast, and New Zealand lamb.
