Sour Dough

Bakery, Bread, Dessert lover, Vegan
Sour Dough’s baked goods are uniquely crafted using sourdough starters that are over 30 years old. This establishment offers more than just bread, with a rotating selection of vegan salads and soups, as well as hearty sandwiches that feature bold flavors and colorful ingredients. Gérard Dubois first opened La Rose Noire Pâtisserie in Hong Kong in 1991, later expanding the brand to Passion in 2012 and developing one of the world’s largest upscale bakery and pastry enterprises. His decades of expertise and passion for flavors and pastries culminate in his latest venture, Sour Dough. At this new artisan deli, all bread and baked goods are made from one of three types of sourdough starters (rye, white, and dark brown), which have been lovingly maintained for over 30 years.
