PINTXOS by bàrbar brings the lively spirit of San Sebastián to Wan Chai with a playful Hong Kong edge. This warm, rustic eatery celebrates the Basque tradition of pintxos—small, flavour-packed bites often served on bread—reimagined through creative local influences.
Led by Edgard Sanuy Barahona and young Spanish Head Chef Xavier Pla, the menu showcases “Spanish finger food” at its finest. Guests choose from an order form to build a shared platter of freshly made pintxos, some keeping the classic baguette base while others explore bold new flavours designed for Hong Kong tastes.
As Hong Kong’s first dedicated pintxos bar and the latest Spanish concept from Epicurean Group, PINTXOS by bàrbar offers an inviting dining experience that blends cultures, encourages discovery, and turns simple bites into a satisfying meal.
