Led by Head Chef Bhupendra Singh, who has trained with global culinary icons including Gordon Ramsay, Mario Batali and Enrico Bartoli, UNO delivers rustic Italian dishes crafted with skill and heart. The menu celebrates beloved classics: light antipasti, fresh handmade pasta, artisanal pizzas with soft airy crusts, charcoal-grilled mains and indulgent desserts.
Highlights include Rigatoni all’Amatriciana with smoked guanciale, rich Black Truffle Tagliolini, and pizzas ranging from a classic Margherita to luxurious Tartufo Nero e Provola. Heartier diners will enjoy the crisp Veal Milanese or the generous Bone-In Ribeye built for sharing.
