Don’t expect a fancy place, but a neighbourhood local place which serves renowned handmade northern style dumplings. Northern-style dumpling have the characteristic to have a thicker chewy “Q” skin and a bigger size with more filling than regular one. They menu include about 10 varieties of filling: pork with five different vegetables along with more complex options like asparagus, abalone and a vegetarian option. On top of dumplings, they also offers wontons, wonton noodle soups, and a wide variety of side dishes Signature dish : shrimp and yellow chive dumpling, the pork mushroom and coriander dumpling.
