The team behind the Wagyumafia, the world’s most expensive beef sandwich, has opened the first wagyu Tsukemen (‘dipping noodles’). Mashi No Mashi is cool and minimalistic, 12 chairs restaurant. The service is equally simple, with an automated ticket machine to place the orders. Mashi No Mashi serves 3 types of Tsukemen : Regular (HK$80), Wagyu Tsukemen (HK$130) and the premium Tokusei wagyu Tsukemen (HK$160) which comes with and extra Kobe beef slice . Go for the most expensive option, which comes with around 150g of noodles topped with a slice of Kobe beef, bamboo shoots, cabbage, nori and half a soft-boiled egg. The meat is chosen especially for its balanced fat-to-meat ratio. Post-meal, the chef will add stock to the dipping sauce so that it becomes a delicious, umami soup. The menu also includes homemade wagyu gyoza Signature dish: the premium Tokusei wagyu Tsukemen
