Julien Royer, of Singapore’s Odette (Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants), present Louise a casual French fine dining restaurant. (Space previously occupied by Aberdeen Street Social)The restaurant has the elegance of a French madame with cosy grey banquettes, tropical touches and white, cream, dining floor.Louise is intended to evoke the joy of family meals chef Julien Royer enjoyed growing up in France.Casual dishes, such as pâté en croûte and beef tartare with fries, are served in the Parlour.
