Already well established in London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Miami, La Petite Maison brings its signature style of French niçoise and Mediterranean dishes to Hong Kong 100-seat restaurant with a menu created by Chef Patron Raphael Duntoye in partnership with Hong Kong–based Executive Chef Sheldon Fonseca. The signature dishes are escargots with fresh herbs and garlic butter, warm prawns with olive oil, French toast with spice ice cream and a wide selection of classic carpaccios such as scallop, yellowtail and octopus. If you plan to enjoy the beloved whole roast chicken stuffed with foie gras, it should be pre-ordered the day before and is subject to availability
