A Jubilant Homage to Parisian Bistros Step into Jean-Pierre, a love letter to the bistros of Paris, where the romance, indulgence, and revelry of France’s golden age are brought back to life. This swanky Bridges Street spot recreates the decadent spirit of post-war Paris with plush red velvet booths, dark mahogany wood, and an irresistible energy that invites guests to celebrate life with every bite and sip. Classic French fare is served with confidence and flair: savour steak tartare, comforting onion soup, or rich beef bourguignon. Reimagined dishes like the signature poulet de Simone elevate tradition with a creative twist, while desserts such as profiteroles, baba au rhum, and crêpes suzette promise a sweet ending. The bar shakes up classic cocktails with French panache, offering unique drinks like the cornichon martini, Chambord margarita, and the Café Français – a Gallic spin on Irish coffee. Snacks like croque monsieurs, Pierre Koffman frites, and the limited-edition JP burger add to the indulgence. Jean-Pierre is a heartfelt creation by Marc Hofmann, Managing Director of Black Sheep, paying tribute to his father and the lively bistros of his memories. At Jean-Pierre, every night is a celebration – a place to make memories and revel in the joie de vivre.
