The banquet cuisine is a feast, perhaps not very popular, but it is one of the Japanese traditions like Kaiseki.  Kaiseki is a type of art form that balances the taste, texture, appearance, and colors of food.  located in a dark alley of Tai Hong, the venue is small but delicately decorated as a tatami room, with attention of all details. The food menu from the beginning to the end beautiful put in words by the chef. The Omakase Menu is about 13 dishes. The different chapter of the menu, will serve you appetiserzer, sushi, seasonal sashimi, vegetables served with meat fish or tofu, traditional soup, flame grilled food, palate-cleanser and seasonal dessert.
