Pet Friendly
East Coast Park Precinct

Outdoor, Dog parks, Scenic viewpoints, Great View
Located along the harbourfront at Fortress Hill, the East Coast Park Precinct offers a refreshing public space with a panoramic view of Victoria Harbour. Just a 7–8 minute walk from Fortress Hill or Tin Hau MTR stations, the park spans 1.1 hectares with a 425-metre-long promenade. A highlight is Hong Kong’s first publicly accessible breakwater within the harbour, stretching 100 metres and offering stunning 360-degree views. The space features pet-friendly policies, a large lawn, benches, shelters, outdoor installations, and a kids’ play area with slides and a balance bike track. Architecturally, the park adopts a “Windows” design concept, integrating artistic frames and a creative use of space. It also features “The Beacon of Hong Kong”, a large-scale word art installation that celebrates the city’s diversity and invites interaction. Open 24/7, the Precinct reflects the city’s Harbourfront Shared Space initiative — a more open and flexible public area meant to encourage leisure, creativity, and community life.
