Some ingredients are sourced from local farms. We recommend the “Chef’s Choice Eight-Style Yakitori Set,” which includes appetizers, seasonal dishes, eight chef-selected skewers, chicken soup udon, and dessert. The signature menu also offers a unique local butter chicken dish. The chef skillfully utilizes every part of the chicken to highlight the rich texture of this butter chicken, which is both firm and tender. The full chicken set includes unique parts such as “chicken combs,” “chicken palms,” “chicken hamstrings,” “chicken tails,” and homemade “chicken sticks.” Even the bones are used to create a rich chicken soup, simmered for eight hours.
