Artemis & Apollo is a modern Greek taverna. The interior is split into twin rooms, in contrast to the classic menu, the space reimagines the Greek taverna: domed ceilings spaciously frame the dining room and a courtyard in the back for the pleasure of dining al fresco. The spit rotisserie is the focal point of the kitchen, this allows the cooking of multiple cones of meat, simultaneously rotating over the almond wood and charcoal fire. Taramasalata ($98) – mullet roe from Greece blended with bread, lemon, grapeseed oil, onion and paprika. Hummus ($48), uses Greek tahini, chickpeas and garlic to accentuate the earthy rich notes. From the traditional grill: Steki Tou Ilia Lamb Chops by the Kilo ($648 per 1000g) – charcoal-roasted Tasmanian lamb, Calamari ($88) – fried or grilled to preference , Octopus ($188), served fresh from the grill. Artemis & Apollo is a walk-in only
